Each Medallion is a perfect addition to any cheeseboard, on a tasted baguette, or on crackers for a simple delicacy. Crumble Fig & Grapefruit in a spinach salad, add Sun-dried Tomato & Basil to scrambled eggs for a zesty taste, or spread Poppy Seed & Peppercorn on a bagel. Pair Original, Fig & Grapefruit, and Chives & Shallots with a California sparkling wine or a Sauvignon Blanc. Poppyseed & Peppercorn and Sun-dried Tomato & Basil pair well with a Pinot Noir or Cabernet Sauvignon.

All Laura Chenel’s cheeses are made with local fresh milk that is pasteurized and we use only vegetarian approved rennet (no animal rennet).
