Often used in place of Crème Fraîche, Chef’s Chèvre has the benefit of being 45% lower in calories than Crème Fraîche. Chef’s Chèvre melts perfectly into sauces, mixes with herbs for fillings and is the preferred cheese for fluffy goat cheesecake.
Cultured pasteurized goat milk, salt and microbial enzymes. All Laura Chenel’s cheeses are made with fresh local milk that is pasteurized and we use only vegetarian approved rennet (no animal rennet).
