Laura Chenel’s Original Log is the original cheese that adorned Chez Panisse’s iconic Mixed Greens and Goat Cheese Salad in Berkeley, California. In this tradition, we recommend slicing the logs into rounds, coating them with breadcrumbs and baking until golden. Sauvignon Blanc is the ultimate fresh chèvre partner.

Garlic & Chives Log: Cultured pasteurized goat milk, shallots, garlic, chives, salt, and microbial enzymes.
Pimento & Garlic Log: Cultured pasteurized goat milk, bell peppers, canola/olive oil blend, dried tomato, basil, shallots, parsley, parmesan cheese, garlic, balsamic vinegar, salt, black pepper, citric acid, cayenne pepper and microbial enzymes.
All Laura Chenel’s cheeses are made with local fresh milk that is pasteurized and we use only vegetarian approved rennet (no animal rennet).
